All below scenes occur regardless of the player character's gender. A majority of enemies have exposed genitalia, which they use to attack, and the player may target for attacks (and as such, destroy/mutilate.) Some characters have erotophobia (fear of sex), which causes them to be more vulnerable to these enemies. The game also mentions sexual violence in passing several times throughout the story in dialogue or in-game books. All instances of sexually violent encounters which the player survives inflict a status called "Anal Bleeding." If the player is defeated by the Prison Guard enemy, there is a potential scene where they will be carried off to a prison cell, and sexually assaulted, after which they lose the use of their legs. If the player is defeated by a particular attack of the Nightlurch enemy, it will sexually assault them in an equally graphic scene. When fighting the boss enemy "Francóis", he will ask the player if the player loves him. If the player answers yes, he will sexually assault them. Upon meeting the character of Cahara in one of the prison cells, he implies that the aforementioned Guards have sexually assaulted him previously. When fighting The Harvestman enemy, and being caught by one of his attacks, the creature will reach up the player's rectum in a series of attempts to pull out their intestines. The player may add a little Girl to their party. During one scene, a Harvestman kidnaps the girl, and is later seen caressing her and giggling. She is not directly assaulted in this, or any other scenes. The player may encounter a cat-like man who is heavily suggested to be a pedophile and appears to be constantly masturbating. The player may trade one of the two playable child characters to him in exchange for goods. The player may come across a clearing inhabited by masked cultists, who in an act of worship to the Goddess of Love, are engaged in a perpetual orgy. The player may join them willingly. If the player attempts to do this more than once, there is a chance they will lose their mind in a descent into sex addiction and will be unable to continue their journey. The player may ask any of their party members to perform a ritual with them, which through consensual intercourse would fuse their bodies into one (labeled as "Show Love" in the game). The player may try and ask the underage party members to do this, but they will always refuse. Later in the game, the player meets such an abomination, formed from a fusion between a Prison Guard and a Wolf, implying some degree of "consensual" beastiality. Attempting to "Show Love" with the only infant party member available, the Gods will be disgusted by their actions and end the game. One of the possible companions in the game has a habit of insulting enemies. He specifically calls one of the bosses a child molester.
