Near the beginning of the film the villain ties a woman up, gets on top of her, touches her breast, rips off her panties, and attempts to rape her but is stopped by the woman's boyfriend before he can rape her. After killing the woman's boyfriend he tells her that there gonna have a lot of nice times these next few months implying he plans on keeping her alive for a while for the purpose of sexually abusing her. The villain tells a woman before killing her that they could've had a lot of nice times together. Near the end the villain grabs out a dress and tells the main character the he owes him for taking away his plaything however the man escape before the villain can do anything. In the end of the film the man wakes up in just his underwear. The villain keeps multiple woman corpses as well as one living woman who's chained and is not in good condition, it's implied the villain has sexually abused all these women in the past.
