The neighbor from S1E1is seen walking around in a bra that belongs to the woman. At the beginning of the episode a 'crazy' man walks around with a breast pump telling children that they can drink breast milk from it. The children are laughing and calling him mr. breast milk. He then tells them that they can drink it directly from the source.
