S1E1: a joke is made that a certain frat is "rapey." The woman making the joke then elaborates that she thinks the men in the frat "rape people." S1E4: a female protagonist has consensual sex with a boy (about 22 minutes in). He forces her to get on all fours despite her protests. The sex continues without her consent. S2E2: a female character is found passed out half-naked on a bed in a room with a male character. Although he is only in the room and not near/on top of her.
