A man and teenage girl seek refuge on an island. They are found by the people who live there and are forced to strip naked as part of a search for bites. Later the man and the teenager have sex. Within the group, a man keeps his teenage daughter locked in her room at all times for fear of her being attacked or raped. It is implied that adult women of the group are only allowed to stay if they will have children with the men. An older man makes several suggestive comments about a teenage girl, and later one attempts to rape her but she fights him off.
