The main character touches strangers without asking, including hugging them randomly, intensely staring at them, saying creepy things to them, making grinding movements, etc. This is not overtly sexual but there are sexual undertones and the people on the receiving end of his behavior are clearly very uncomfortable An adult character and his mother have an inappropriate relationship but it is unknown to what extent. He claims she breastfed him until he was 6 and that he listened to her having sex when he was a child. As an adult, he is seen sucking on her breast and having his naked behind smacked by her.
