It is implied that he was brought there to be raped (or even already was raped). Even though the whole game takes sexual assault seriously, this one scene was supposed to be a joke. Many disturbing sexual comments about the protagonist's daughter made by men in the game. There is a choice given to the protagonist in the middle of the game, either for his party to get killed, or for his daughter's nipple to get cut off. A scene that happens if the player has two specific party members, where an adult man approaches a little boy and talks to him sexually about women, showing him drawn pornographic imagery. At the end he says to the boy that he "can't wait to crush his innocence". After this scene the protagonist can find "used" pornographic magazines, implying abuse. This scene is never brought up again.
