The game includes a gang of rapists which serves an important role in the story as the villains. The gang members make many unwanted sexual comments, especially about women. There is a part of the game where the protagonists are caught by the gang and made to go in a van alone with a gang member one by one. The main character's friend goes first, when he returns he is injured, it is heavily implied that he was raped. When the main character goes in, a turn-based battle happens where he tries to fight back against the gang member who attempts to rape him. The fight cannot be skipped and the main character cannot use his weapon or normal attacks, instead he is given the options: struggle, bite, cry. The assaulter does not have any explicit skills, he is capable of: stroking, messaging, and other skills which makes him touch the main character. The rape of the friend is taken seriously, it is implied and mentioned a few times in dialogue. However the sexual assault of the main character isn't mentioned at all after that. There is a scene where one of the characters asks about what if the last girl on earth (the one they were looking for) doesn't consent to intercourse and repopulating the world, another character asks about what if she does not consent and that saving the world is more important, implying that he's gonna rape her.
