Most of the rape/sexual assault related content is on one optional route where it is played as a disturbing deconstruction of love drugs and the harem genre. Said route has two possible endings, one of which ends on a CG of a man who cannot provide consent being raped by another man drugged into obsessive love for him. Aside from this route, it is implied that one of the main characters engaged in prostitution to make ends meet as a younger teen, said character also has an intense attachment to his twin that can be read as incestuous. A reveal in one ending involves the ‘secretly maybe blood related’ trope, which makes some prior scenes involving those involved in the reveal highly awkward at best.
