Description

As a vampire, the player may “Embrace” (Kill) citizens to gain XP, learn more about them, intentionally decrease the stability of London, or to just be evil. They hypnotize their victim before carrying them off to a secluded area. The murder may evoke sexual assault imagery, especially against female and younger male victims. A landlord claims to sexually exploit tenants that are unable to pay as payment. A side quest involves a vampire who abducted a woman he found beautiful and “Convince” her to allow him to turn her. Baffled by her refusal, he decides to starve her by the time the player arrives. In a similar side quest, the player happens upon a murder scene, and follows a blood trail to a vampire hovering over her corpse. He claims she asked him to turn her and she didn’t survive the process. Reading the victims diary (Which is optional) confirms his excuse to be the truth, but the player can still blame him and kill him instead of letting him go. A main quest gives the player the option to turn a man into a vampire against his will, forcing his mouth open and spitting blood in a fashion that resembles a forced kiss.
