Description
One of the main characters (18 years old) is charged with statutory rape of a classmate (15 or 16 years old). He at first denies anything happened, then admits it did, but that it was consensual (which the girl's journal backs up), and says they only "started to" have sex, but it is never clarified what he means by this. The charges are dropped on a technicality.
