The president is accused of sexual misconduct against a teenage Girl Scout which occurred while they were alone in the Oval Office together. Characters speculate on whether or not the claim is true and make light of the situation, making flippant remarks about how the president might have “fucked” the teen and how they do not really want to know the answer. References are made to the president’s sexual misconduct with the teenage girl throughout the movie. When filming an actress as an Albanian girl running from the fake war, the producers say “she was raped by Albanian terrorists” A mentally handicapped convict’s criminal history of raping a nun is revealed for shock value and is played off as ridiculous and humorous. The convict puts his mouth and tongue on a female character trying to give him his medication. Later, the convict sees a young woman bending over while wearing a dress, and he follows her outside and into her house nearby. The next scene is the young woman’s father banging on the locked door, where it is implied that the convict is raping the girl. The father is able to break the door down and kill the convict.
