The section of the film where the poetry festival actually happens and everything afterwards heavily discusses accusations of sexual harassment and assault. Additionally it is implied but not shown that the main character shows his butt to a group a students and their outrage is played for laughs. The center of the film is a mentor relationship between the older teacher and his 15 year old student and while it is implied nothing happened between them, their relationship is closer than what is usually considered appropriate between student and teacher, Additionally the entire third act deals with the teacher being accused of being a predator and the student being treated as a victim. Also important to mention is that the student is sexualized by another teacher when he is speaking to the teacher about her. Details SPOILERS: All characters are drunk at the festival, and the teacher and the student are pressured into drinking. We see two teachers' penises as they compare dick sizes while peeing in the urinal, and one of them makes a comment sexualizing the student, asking the protagonist to find another student with large "ass and tits", The teacher finds the student in the bathroom puking and going in and out of consciousness: he carries her on his back and drives her home. At one point her dress rolls up and her underwear shows and he pulls her dress down to cover her. He drops her at her home, Her family finds her, assumes the worst, and later it is revealed he mooned some other students at the same event (not shown) making everyone in his life treat him as a likely sexual predator. The protagonist is treated very sympathetically and even though it is heavily implied he did nothing inappropriate, we are not shown the entirety of the party. The student is almost forced to record a video saying she was responsible for getting too drunk and that nothing happened in order to be paid for her family not taking legal action. Later on, she writes a letter to the taeacher's daughter saying he did not touch her, despite her having no memory of the night and him pressuring her to attend the event throughout the film.
