Worthy of note: The male main character is revealed to be emotionally abusive towards his ex wife, and he role plays this out with a different female character who is being forced to roleplay as his ex wife during a fight they had. Some horror scenes feel reminiscent of domestic violence, and it could be interpreted that the male character was physically violent too. However, none of it is sexual in nature at all. A monster that looks like a man crawls on top of a woman who is struggling to escape. It is, again, not sexual in motivation or nature at all.
