The film follows a cult whose leader is abusive and is implied to be sexually involved with multiple followers. Two women of the cult dose a kidnapped woman with drugs and seem to be grooming her for sexual assault by the cult leader. The cult leader attempts to seduce her but she laughs at him. He masturbates aggressively, flies into a rage, and then has her killed. Several of the antagonists are bikers who, due to a drug, have become monsters. In their home is a brief camera shot of a dead woman and a nude dead man slumped over her, who is shown from the hips up. There is blood around his lower back/lower half that is subtle but implies sexual assault. One of the monsters is then shown watching porn and doing drugs and his penis appears to be a large knife, implying he killed the two humans. When he is attacked by the protagonist, the monster knocks him to the ground and jumps on him, and the knife/penis becomes stuck in the floor in a way that may be upsetting or evoke sexual violence.
