Description
The initial scene follows a young-looking teen girl naked in the shower (she is later established to be around 18) where she is 'attacked' by a figure that is later revealed to be her younger brother (around 12) with a fake knife.
A woman is attacked by a male figure who paid her for a sex act (shown non-graphically onscreen). The man then wants his money back, rips her clothes and strangles her.
