S4E2, 6, 7: a main character's brother is revealed to have been assaulted by his coach when he was a child. He is then pushed to admit that he was assaulted and begins to have nightmares about the events (not shown on screen). S5E10: one of the characters turns out to be a college campus serial rapist.
