Most students doubt this policy really protects anyone, others feel it's just the school covering their backs, while others feel that if it gets people to stop and think, it's a good thing. The episode revolves around the characters discussing what counts as "sober, enthusiastic consent," and where the line between consensual and not when alcohol and lack of communication is involved. A character recounts a time a male friend felt pressured into having sex with two women and only went along with it for fear of being mocked. Other characters laugh at the idea that this was assault, until it's pointed out that if the genders were reversed, no one would be joking about it.
