Worth of note:
A barely 18-year old secondary main character creates an only fans with the intention of helping pay for a medical procedure. He is shown to be overwhelmed and uncomfortable with the demands. In a later clip it is implied that he sold nudes to an older guy. Afterwards, it is never mentioned again.
