Description
The movie opens during a police sting operation to catch a serial rapist and murderer. Whilst driving, the rapist unbuckles his belt and tries to force his victim's head into his lap. His attempt is immediately averted.
The primary antagonist kidnaps a little girl, but has no sexual interest in her whatsoever.
