There is sexually charged footage up the skirts and at the breast of highschool girls in cheerleading. There are scenes of vigorous kissing between the (lesbian) main character and her boyfriend, and she is visibly uncomfortable. The main character is put in exposing clothing as a type of humiliation punishment. A teen is publicly outed as having been molested as a child, and this being the reason they are homosexual. A young woman is depicted masturbating under the sheets in the girls common bedroom. The main character seems somewhat uncomfortable after noticing. A teen gets locked in a doghouse as solitary confinement for a week as a punishment for kissing another boy. The main character is suddenly shown a pornographic image of a woman against her will and recoils after seeing it. An adult man is shown making sexual gestures towards a group of underaged guys. An adult woman (the conversion camp counsellor) tries to threaten the main character in an effort to force her into enacting staged, clothed sexual acts with her son. Towards the end of the movie there are scenes where multiple people are forced to act out sexual acts while dressed in beige bodysuits with fake leaves ’covering’ their privates. General warning for homophobia and in depth conversion therapy throughout. It is respectful and handled somewhat sensitively by the writers. The immoral acts committed throughout are never glorified. In general, the warnings mentioned are mild and are not depicted with much emotional weight for the viewer. Worthy of note: one character awakens to another masturbating beside them in bed.
