Description
Two characters are strangled and repeatedly sniffed by the antagonist, which could have sexual undertones. Additionally, off-screen, the antagonists sniffs one character's used clothing, including his underwear. After the antagonist kills him, his body is left entirely nude, further indicating these sexual undertones.
It should also be noted that the director is a convicted child molester.
