The protagonists (a couple) visit a female friend who repeatedly speaks inappropriately in front of (and about) her children. Another female character the protagonist encounter explains that she breastfed another woman's baby without her consent. She later explains that she and her husband have sex together despite sleeping in the same bed as their children.
