Description
The male protagonist is tied to a table, drugged and raped by his therapist in a "punishment room" in a psychiatric facility. He experiences a nightmare/hallucination in which someone is urinating on his face and he is forced to drink the urine.
There are subtle implications of repeated "torment" related to a past teacher/student relationship.
