The wife of the protagonist has sex with their friends. They all seem to be enjoying it but they are al also on drugs. This seems to be an hallucination/fantasy of the protagonist. Right after this scene the protagonist kills his wife in what appears to be (and is framed in) an accident while performing some apple-in-the-head-shooting trick they have done before. The protagonist brings a young adult man to the house of an old man as bait to complete a mission. There is a sexual encounter between the young and old man in which the old man has turned into a monster and the young man seems to be in pain/fear. The protagonist kills the old man and the young adult man survives physically unharmed but unsettled and shaking.
