A relationship between a teacher and their student is an ongoing plot point in the show and is shown in a positive light. S1E2: this episode features a peeping Tom. S1E3: a girl's boyfriend tries to force her to have sex. He is stopped by another guy. S1E22: a step sister blackmails her brother into sleeping with her and threatens to say it was not consensual. S2E10: one character gives a main character a massage while she is naked. She does not know it is him. S5E4: a character talks to her dad about getting kidnapped and the dad heavily implies that he thinks that his daughter may have been sexually assaulted after getting kidnapped. He makes her go to the hospital where the doctor asks her about a scar on her thigh, but nothing is revealed about it at this time. S5E8: an adult character makes advances on a minor who is tipsy, while they are alone in a café. The adult uses grooming language ("i can keep a secret if you can?"), and rubs her back. nothing else happens in the scene. iI the next scene the minor is in, she mentions that her skirt is too short, seemingly out of shame of what had happened earlier. When she tells her friends about it, they question whether she interpreted the situation right. Later in the episode, the adult character gets into the minor's car without invitation and makes advances at her again, once again using grooming language ("you felt the same vibe, i know it"), and touching her thigh, Before leaving the car. she tries to tell another friend again afterwards, and the friend gets mad and blames the situation on the minor. S5E9: the adult character tries to blame the victim when confronted. the situation is resolved later in the episode, with the friend apologising to the victim and asking for forgiveness for not believing her. It is worthy of note that the age gap in the situation is not addressed; it is mostly seen as problematic because the adult character is already in a relationship.
