Overall, implications of non-consensual sexual acts are minor but present. S1E3: the word “rape” is used to describe another character’s actions (11:45). S1E6: the same character later tells the victim that the time they spent together was “the most fun [he] had in years,” as well as, “. . . all my hard work, laying into you, having my way with you day after day.” Worthy of note: There is an extended torture scene in S1E1 (approximately 4:10–11:15). The scene does not explicitly depict or directly imply sexual assault; however, some viewers may find the tone and the perpetrator’s behavior uncomfortable or suggestive.
