The main player character's superhero persona's backstory is supposed to have a tragic origin that the player's dad "fucked their mom." Though this is said in a tone which implies that the mother was raped, although it is not true and the character giving the player their origin story is said to not have a clear idea of what sex between two adults entails. The player needs to get a code to enter a character's basement by going into their room and looking through their journal, which has several crude drawings of various child and adult characters having sex with each other. The player is required to flip through all of the pages to get to the code at the end of the journal. This is required on each playthrough, as inputting the code before the player looks at the journal grants them an easter egg where a character chastises them for "cheating." One fight has the player character go up against two catholic priests who intend on molesting and/or raping the child. The priests make several lewd remarks towards the child character, and one uses anal beads as a weapon against them. There is an entire level that takes place within a strip club where the player and their sidekick (both children) give lap dances to two men, and also fight against a boss that is a very obese woman who uses her breasts and butt to attack. The character also spikes a drink with "boogers and cum" to give to the club's DJ. There is a boss fight against Jared Fogle, who is depicted chasing down children and makes somewhat inappropriate remarks during the boss fight. Things the player can do to solve various puzzles include: the player in a compromising position on top of another character (both children) while they fart in their face; the player inserting hamsters into their anus to launch them, and the player inserting the tube of a sand blaster into their anus. There is a boss fight that takes place in a parody of Hooters called Raisins (a term for a girl's developing breasts) where underage girls are scantily clad waitresses. One of the side quests the player is tasked with is collecting Yaoi, specifically suggestive artwork of two of the child characters in game, for one of those children's fathers. Sixth graders can pee in a water balloon and use it as a weapon against the player.
