Description
Prisoners who sign up to be part of drug trials in exchange for a nicer prison and amenities consent to be drugged with a drug causing their libido to increase, leading to them willingly have sex with each other.
While they technically can decline to be drugged, it is shown that they are threatened with removal from the program and sent back to regular prison if they choose not to be drugged.
